Nice. Report the battery life.
Especially when it's dual.

Been using the z3+ for over 24 hours and here are a few initial thoughts:

Camera is excellent. Lots of details captured under board daylight, it does feel slight improvement from the z3.

Battery is not up to the standard. I managed to drain the battery in under 5 hours of heavy usage (ie lots of photos/videos), but this is very normal for new phones. Will give another report in a few days time.

Ont thing thouugh, the camera gives the temperature warning at around 50'C. This temperature is very normal during photo and FHD shooting during daytime, but I have not encountered any shutdowns during photo or video shooting. The highest temperature the device read was around 60'C, which is the same for Z3. However, during video shooting, the phone became laggy. Luckly, the output file was fine.

I am not going to talk about the audio quality, as I am used to playing music on my zx1 + pha-3 combo, and I am very biased towards that..

Going by those samples, it looks like Sony hasn't pull their head out of their ass.

As mentioned in the rumours thread, appears that the previous reports/rumours of 2 versions of the "z4" were spot on, a WHD the world and QHD for the US.

Not a fan of the asymmetrical bezels or the verizon logo

This is a BIG win for Sony, the largest by business clients, coverage area, network speeds and signal strength, and consumer base in the USA! I cannot recall the last time Sony HAD a phone with Verizon!

Havent' the last few Zs incl. Z2 and Z2 Tablet been on Verizon. Sony seem to regularly have their flagships on both T-Mobile and Verizon.

This time around, it twill only be Verizone to carry the new Sony phone which is kinda good and sad.

I hope T-Mobile will be selling the Sony Xperia Z5 whenever that comes out but the sales representative I talked to didn't seem too hopefull.

Man, that 810 chip is such a mess...

Maybe Sony can put the v2.1 in their newer production Z3+ and maybe recall whatever they've sold thus far ?
