> T610 problems in Malaysia

I'm still thinking if I should sent my phone back to EricServe. This T610 that I have is really getting on my nerves.
Psycho: See if u noticed this. After the fix to the non-hiss, your navigating the menus becomes noticeably slower. I can live with that but this f**king phone keeps falling asleep. This is what happens.. The GPRS signal dissapears.. then the operator signals keeps fluctuating..finally the phone 'dissapears' from the network. I can't make any calls, and people can't call me. WTF! Gimme a break already SE. Even my RM300 phone didnt have this kinda problem.

markng...you should really change your phone (and your battery as well). Have you highlighted your phone's problems to ericserve?
sin_Heartless...sure, you can try and get yours replaced. But if they say they are going to repair your phone, then better not, coz you never know, it might get worse.

my battery seems okand acceptable...can last me bout 3 days with average of 10-20 calls per day. and i on it 24 hours also.... ..

hey... ericserve has ran out of stock for T610... so i guess w23 is gonna come real soon... i will call again on mondaY... now mY hands r ichinG!! hey for that phone falling asleep proleme well is happens on my 68i too... wonder if its a preveiling SE probleme or ... its the provider...

well thanks for your advice guys... guess i'll hang with mine for the time being and wait till there's the definite problem free T610 for replacement.
my T610 battery life is kinda dissapointing but nothing too bad... can't compare with my t68i. fully charged the t610 can last like 2 full days with frequent use (inclusive of wap usage) while my t68i can last for close to 4 full days of average use (without using wap).
i would say the t610's battery life is adequate to its performance... cuz it's got 65k color screen while the t68i has only 256 colors. and the polyphonic...?

guys... just came back from s.wang!i've check the whole shops for the T610.and all of them are selling the 03w23!!!!some of them are selling rm1700 and above and a few of them are selling rm1588..that is the cheaper price...guys,what do u guys think about the warranty!!!should i get the warranty under se or south hall!!!of course se is much better!!!but just wanna know whether south hall is okay!!!!

Well..those of u using T610 and have GPRS or WAP should check out the SE site (first icon on the top left in u'r T610 menu screen). Under the picture gallery, there's a ASIA PACIFIC section. Go in there. Some of the wallpapers in there are beautiful. Go download them.. Well worth it.
If any of u buys the W23 unit, I would appreciate if you can post a review here. I call EricServe today and he told me even the latest unit has problem although I don't know what he meant by "latest" unit.
