i also work for one of the above companys i am payed by them to teach people about data products this is a recent thing and you will all find things will get much better and yes you are right some people think they know loads but dont know sh*t
my company have invested over 4million in training of the staff and will increase to 6 within the next few quarters. just last week i was issued with over £2500 worth of stock for this propose TO TRAIN!! we are lunching on the 22nd of this month and im sure this will be a gr8 sucess

In the US they use the 1900mhz band and the recently introduced 850mhz. Quad band means 4 bands-the 3 usual bands+the 850mhz band.
