Well heres an interesting one - my P900 case has BROKE! right under where the flip touches the blue screen frame - both side have now cracked and one side has actually fallen off!
I haven't dropped the phone at all, so I think it's down to the force of the flip closing onto the plastic - the question is are any others showing signs of "cracks" under on that point?
Would this be a warrantee job?

Amazing! My handfone is broken in the same exact spots. Slightly cracked on the left and completely off on the right. Wondering if there is a US company selling the housing? I saw something on ebay but can't remember who.

they repaired my P900 for free... they changed the black(dark-grey) front cover.
Not the total front cover, well if they did they put one on with a scratch on it but I tend to believe I made that one with a drop so they only change the black cover!

So if the screen cracks, is it possible to just replace the front cover?. Anyone tried it?. I am ready to waste the remaining part of the frame because I think its a Risk to play around with the P900. ANyone just replaced the front cover?

Not really. The flip is a bit hanging on the right coz the little spring loaded button on the lower right (one which presses on flip close under the hinge and lets the phone know of flip close action) pushes it up a bit with natural reaction.

Both of the small cracked plastic sides have now broken off of my P900. About one hour after the left side fell off over the weekend the screen stopped working properly.
The phone appears to be working but the screen is damaged.
Tomorrow I am taking it to a repair center to see what they say - its only about 5 months old but I have used this phone a lot - I probably open and close the flip upto a couple of hundred times per day for various functions including checking the time, making and recieving calls and using the various software packages that I have on it.
I will not be happy if they don't repair the entire thing for free and will probably go to the small claims court in England over this unless I get it fixed quickly. The good thing is the local repair center is only 2 miles away so I can go there in person.
Another thing that annoys me about this phone is that the silvery / grey colouring on the phone seems to rub off too easily, I have patches where it's missing and exposing the plastic underneath - this is just from a few months usage - not very good.
I'll let you know how I get on.
