Of course the problem with 2005 is that it doesn't work with UIQ, which is probably the reason that we are waiting for 2006.

will the britain map in the europe version have the same detail as the britain only version, or will it be less detailed? ( thinking of memory stick space? britain on 128 , europe on 256????

You will get a cardreader in the box so you probably need it to swap different regions.

It is out, on http://www.66.com the notice "will be avalable soon"' is no longer there. So, let's order................
You can order the software seperatley from the GPS unit, witch is great i think, i already own a GPS unit. The software will cost 149 EURO!
