I have no problem with your other posts. Just the one I quoted, which I found a little bit provoking.

Important thing to do when trying to capture market share in a place like India ...Not only to release a variety of lower end models like T290,J300,K300 but the phone should be stable and crash / bug free with a good battery since people who buy these phones dont know a thing abt upgrading firmware and these type of stuff ... this is the point where Nokia seems to be holding strong .... the quicker SE rectifies this the quicker they gain market share ....

i.e. call quality generally poor, bloated battery life claims, poor internal antennas/reception and software bug issues then compared with other brands like Nokia and Motorola.
Whilst it can be nice to have all the rich features that SE phones come with, at the end of the day the large majority of people are gonig to be looking at the main functions of the phone first (as discussed above) and thats where I think SE have been failing so far. (however they are steadily improving)

I would not say bad call quality, reception or battery life is a general SE issue. Sure some SE models may have such problems (the perceived issue varies alot depending on where you live, network coverage, usage pattern etc.). But all manufacturers have some models tat are not particulary good in certain areas.
There is however no statistics available claiming SE in general is worse than any other manufacturer in these areas.

Of course, we all have our own experiences and without a comprehensive study, there can be no definitive conclusions. However, for whats its worth, I have found reception on all the SE handsets I have owned to have always been poorer than Nokia/Motorrola's.

I agree this is a contributing factor. My last Siemens had a similar problem. The phones are good but unstable without the firmware upgrades, and I didn't know much abt software upgrade then.
On a lighter note, SE's competition in the market is dynamic and growing. At least were I am I'm hearing a lot more of SE's msg tones than in the past year.

Perhaps if we average out all
's good and bad points, they'll be about in the middle, although I'd perhaps say they were slightly above many other manufacturers with regards to innovation and features, although a bit behind with signal quality and call quality.
