There was for 10.3. It was rolled into the
iSync v1.5 update. It added "support for more devices such as the latest Sony Ericsson and Motorola phones."

Hello,
I just got a K750i and I am trying your advice.
However, when I select "Show Package Contents" from the pop-up menu on iSync, there is no item called PlugIns...
I went into Contents but the only files/folders there are :
version.plist
MacOS
Info.plist
Resources
PkgInfo
How do I proceed to copy theses files ?
Thanks
Oliver
PS: I am using Mac OS 10.3.8 and iSynk 1.5

Hi guys,
Think this is my first post here, hope you can help - Bit of a problem. I got a K750i last week which I upgraded to from a K700....love the phone. I've also got a 15" Powerbook running Tiger. I can connect and browse no problems with Bluetooth, but when I connect using the supplied cable, again I can browse fine, but when I eject the phone, a message comes up saying I have to restart the computer. Any suggestions?
Also, how do you install new themes onto the phone? When I download a theme from, say Zedge.no, it is a *.thm.tar. I "unzip" this file, but this is then extracted as a .thm folder...
Hope you can help guys
Cheers

@om28:
The instructions in the first post are for Mac OS X 10.4 'Tiger'. You should follow the instruction in the linked page in the later post at Lindmark.net (which appears to be down at the moment).
@exposure:
The kernal panic you get when unplugging the phone is happening to everyone at the moment. No-one knows why and there's no known workaround yet. We'll just have to wait for Apple to release official support for the K750.
When you get a downloaded *.thm.tar don't un-zip it. Just click once on the file, do Get Info and remove the .tar part from the filename. For some unknown reason, Safari decides to add the .tar part to the name. Then send the .thm file to the phone.

Hey Jools,
Quick question. Does iSync sync or transfer Notes to the phone? I have been looking for this but can note seem to find it. I can make a note in the iCal app and then it syncs this as part of the calendar, but I would rather have the Notes sync.

I've not seen iSync do anything with Notes on

phones. 'BlueNotes' and 'PhoneAgent' can both create and send notes to the phone, but they don't do any syncing...

Afraid of that. I have Phone Agent, but it does not work quite as well with the V800. ONly limited functionality, but I will give this a try. Any luck with your k750 and iSync?

Not yet... there's a tip on
www.macosxhints.com today about making iSync phone plug-ins that live outside of the iSync app, so I'll try that when I get a few spare minutes...

You are the man. Another question. Have you had problems extracting .sit or .sitx files? Sometimes, I extract them and then there is nothing in them. I have to extract them to my external drive and then the files are there and I move them back to my Mac. Have you had this problem?
