Apple juice. Easy on the stomach, and full of apple-y goodness. You could try irn-bru, but thats only recommended for seasoned campaigners. Makes you feel like your gonna puke for about ten minures, but cleans you out perfectly.

Tough one...i hate funerals. Just mumble something and nod sympathetically when they're talking, and try not to laugh at the song they play...i was at a cremation and "When Smoke Gets In Your Eyes" started playing. The guy had a wicked sense of humour, but it was even funnier because the older people there didnt really get the joke.
