Here is my T39m white rose. I got it back from my friend after some years use. Still like a new one. The battery is a bit mystic with two SIM. Some pictures below.

Anyone know where I can get wallpapers for my R520m from, want a Skoda one if possible. Also the Skoda rally team used to use Ericsson phones in their Octavia VRS rally cars, any one have any in car pics of this please.

There's an old Ericsson SW called MyPicures, which allows to make your own background-pics for T39 / R520.

Have a look at http://www.my-ericsson.de/esato/MyPictures/

These Background pictures are for personal use only, and can be
displayed at standby on phones R520m and T39m.
Both phones can send and receive GIF pictures of pixel size: 73x39
and of GIF file size: 600 bytes.
For displaying at standby: T39m resolution is 73x26, R520m is 73x39.

To add a Picture to your Portfolio, Paste from the Windows Clipboard or
Insert from an image file such as BMP, WBMP or GIF.
...or Create your own new Picture using the fun PictureEditor!!

Then choose a Picture and Export the Background Picture to a GIF file.
These GIFs can then be transfered to supporting Ericsson phones via your
PC's IrDa software...or Post the GIF file using a WML script on a WAP server
...then download the Background using your phone's WAP connection!
Make Yourself Heard!!


I already have made a quick database of different Skoda pics. It's also on my webspace. Good luck!

Sorry to say, but the battery is maybe too old, only 2 days!

But if someone needs genuine Ericsson batteries for T39/R520, I know one reliable shop. And with 12 months guarantee!

Yes, i know the large capasity batteries. But i try with this extra thin batteries and with my deskcharger. Believe or not, but they are only 4 mm!

Very easy to put in my wallet between VISA and other cards!

Let us hope, that T39 makes revival with modern tecnics: wifi, color touchscreen, 3G/900MHz etc. But the concept is very good with this little fellow, don`t you think the same?

actually u should try to get bus 11, it has 600 mah and came with t39, r520.

according your wish, indeedm, it would be great to see one more time a fone from /// with the listed specs, but i am afraid, it will stay only a wish...
