The answer is NO. You cannot upgrade fw via the internet. You'll have to go to an
Service Point and NO! they will not upgrade your T300 to a T310.
As for the memory trick, if I read it right the man said repeated master resets. The first one you run completely, then the next one you pop the battery after ten seconds, the 3rd one youi pop it after 7 seconds , then afte 5 seconds and so on. keep doing it untill nothing reload of your pre defs.
This procedure might be harmful to your phone
